– You can change products that have not been used, you have a period of up to 10 days after delivering your order.

– These items must be in perfect condition, complete, with the labels still on and in their original packaging. They must not be used, damaged, broken, washed in any way, dirty, worn, with marks of deodorant, have damage by smoke or smell of moisture. Valery Lingerie reserves the right to accept changes and returns with previous analysis of the case.

– For reasons of hygiene we do not accept changes of bodies, babydolls or underwear as panties, except when they have been identified factory defects.

– No refund is made.

– For changes, the cost of shipping to Valery Lingerie must be borne by the consumer, as must assume the shipment of the new garment. Packs with payment against delivery are not accepted.

– Products that have been purchased in any offer or promotion have no change or refund.

Do you provide International delivery?

YES, WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 
For most International countries, items may take 7 to 15 business days to reach its destination.
Shipping for certain countries like France, Brazil, Russia, Italy, Australia and most of the South American countries may sometimes take 3 to 4 weeks depending on the receiving country’s customs control.
Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties? 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are leveled once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped too.
 Valery  Lingerie is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You have sole responsibility for paying additional charges for customs clearance. In rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

– For guarantees, the shipping cost will be assumed by Valery Lingerie, must be made through the shipping company with which Valery Lingerie has an agreement, you will be given a guide with which you must deliver your package at the point of shipment.

If not identified as a factory defect, the customer must assume the cost of the previously made shipment and the return of the garment.

 

Conditions for changes

  1. Changes for products of the same value: the change is made and no additional charge or refund is generated.

 

  1. Changes for lower value products: as previously specified, no money refunds are made, so the difference between the new product (of lower value) and the product purchased initially (higher value), will remain as a balance in favor in your account for a future purchase.

 

  1. Changes for higher value products: a cash payment will be made for the difference between the new product (of greater value) and the product purchased initially (of lower value). You will receive an email with a link so you can pay the difference easily and safely.

 

  1. Products with discount: the products purchased with some offer, promotion, or discount coupon have no change.

Term of the guarantees

The term of the guarantee is two (2) months from the moment you receive the product. To return the product you must contact customer service to receive instructions for return of the package, no warranty products are received with payment against delivery. Once you have sent the product, it will be reviewed by our quality department and we will respond in eight (8) business days.
